• All the art on our website are prints, they are not paintings. They are art designed by talented designers & artists which is then printed on our fine art media.
• We use acrylic glass in our frames as acrylic is lighter than traditional glass frames. This makes hanging easier and puts less strain on hooks or other mounts.
• There can be a slight difference in how an artwork appears in print versus on your screen, due to vast variations in screen calibration and brightness
• On selecting the without frame option, please note that the art will NOT come ready to hang. It will come rolled in our tubes, which you can stick to the surface or you will have to frame the art locally.
• There are some prints where the artists have added a texture on the print to give it a realistic touch,  please do view the product image properly before purchasing to be aware of the same or you can always Whatsapp us on +91-8839166212 to double-check the prints you would like to purchase.

We normally dispatch orders within 5 working days. Once your order is dispatched, it should normally take 4-7 days to reach you.

However, delivery timelines could vary depending on the delivery address and time of the year. Delays can be expected around major festivals, during peak shopping periods, during the monsoon season, or during bad weather.

A lot of care & effort goes into preparing your art and getting it delivered to you safely and securely. Please note that each art is made to order, which means we start working on your art after you place your order. Due to this reason, we offer exchange only on special cases (Please read below for more)

Return and Exchange Conditions:

We accept returns and exchanges only for the below two conditions:

1. Received a damaged product
2. Received the wrong product

If by chance you happen to receive a damaged product please contact us within 48 hours and we will initiate an exchange*.

*Please provide the following information while submitting your claim:

- Proof of damage

- Order Number 

*All returns will only be accepted in unused condition in original packaging.
